Fraser Hollands Solicitors

Fraser Hollands are committed to helping those who have or you are at risk of suffering domestic abuse. With a highly skilled team, we strive to achieve quick and robust protection for our clients against abuse whether this is advice and assistance through preparing a warning letter or preparation and representation at Court for an Injunction.

It is important to remember that nobody should be subjected to violence, abuse or threats of harm. The term ‘abuse’ can cover a whole range of behaviour, not just physical violence but controlling behaviour, financial control, intimidation and emotional harm.

Provided that your circumstances meet the requirements of the Legal Aid Agency guidance (LASPO), you may be eligible to obtain Legal Aid to be represented on an application for a Non-Molestation Order.

We at Fraser Hollands are experts in this area of the law and our friendly team are always on hand to help and support you through this difficult process with compassion and sensitivity.

We are a passionate and caring Deaf-led team working towards a future where there are no barriers to good health and wellbeing for Deaf people.  We partner with the NHS and service providers across the country.
We are one of the UK’s largest employers of Deaf people, and most hearing staff in our projects and services are fluent sign language users.

We also deliver our own services to reach Deaf people in our shared language in their moment of need, through crisis textlines, domestic abuse support, therapy, advocacy and residential services.
If you need support or some more information about SignHealth and our services, please contact us today. We know BSL and you are welcome to contact us via text, email or video.

Muslim Youth Helpline

Our core service is a free and confidential Helpline, available nationally via the telephone, email, live chat and letters. The service uses male and female volunteers trained in basic counselling skills to respond to client enquiries.

We respond to any issues that our clients call us about. In line with our non-judgmental ethos we treat all enquiries seriously. The majority of our Helpline volunteers are under the age of 30 years of age as our services are targeted at young people. However we take calls from people of all ages and backgrounds and don’t turn anyone away.

Muslim Womens Network

We operate a national specialist faith and culturally sensitive helpline that is confidential and non-judgmental, which offers information, support, guidance and referrals  for those who are suffering from or at risk of abuse or facing problems on a range of issues.

Although our reach is primarily Muslim women, the helpline will accept calls from and support women of any faith or no faith. For example, the culturally sensitive nature of the helpline could easily support Asian women of other faiths. Men who are concerned about women and girls should also call the helpline.

If men and boys need support, for example, at risk of forced marriage, then they should also call the helpline.
